Letters of Explanation

For a long time, as I have been writing letters of explanation to my clients, I thought that many others have the same questions and I should simply publish anonymous versions of these letters so more people can take advantage of the explanations. As I was writing another letter today I figured there is no more reason to put this off. I'll name this section: Insurance Explanations from Bill. That's pretty descriptive I suppose. Hopefully you and your clients can benefit from this. As needed, feel free to forward one of my letters to a client if you feel it would be the easiest way to get something across.
